ISO 9001, a guarantee of quality since 1987
L’ISO 9001 est un référentiel certifiable par une tierce partie appelé organisme de certification. Actuellement, un organisme peut demander une certification ISO 9001 selon les version 2008 ou 2015.
ISO 9001 is published by the International Organization for Standardization, and defines a number of requirements for the implementation of a quality management system. The aim of this standard is to guarantee Data Conversion Service SA's customers and subcontractors that everything is being done to constantly improve their satisfaction. In this respect, ISO 9001 is an insider's guard to ensure that products and services comply with quality requirements in the IT and administrative services sector.
The ISO 9001 standard dates back to 1987, but has been regularly revised since then. DCS has reviewed its processes whenever necessary (in 1994, 2000, 2008 and more recently in 2015).
Indeed, DCS has just received its ISO 9001 - 2015 certification to guarantee its customers the utmost transparency and quality in its processes.
Finally, when it comes to quality control, DCS also insists on the ITIL certification of its employees, and a high level of transparency and quality in its processes.
