YOUR ASSIGNMENTS :

• Implementation of IT solutions offered by the company
• Manage the maintenance of implemented IT tools, ensuring their proper functioning and continuous optimization
• Take charge of the proactive management of the company’s customers, build strong relationships and understand their needs,
• Conduct commercial demonstrations of proposed solutions, highlighting their added value
• User training
• Ensure quality after-sales support , effectively solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE TO MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER :

• Strong basic IT skills;
• A successful experience in CMMS implementation would be a significant asset;
• Knowledge of information solutions;
• Resourceful, dynamic, pressure resistant and comfortable in direct customer contact;
• Minimum degree: HES. Project management experience would be a major asset.
• Indispensable language: Swiss-German (C1 minimum) and English (C1 minimum), French would be an asset.
• Mobility required with frequent travel across Switzerland (travel support ).
