The project will be implemented through three separate but interconnected workstreams: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI); Culture and Values (C&V); the Future of Work (FOW).

This role will provide project management expertise with a particular focus on integrating and aligning the various workstreams to ensure synergies are exploited, overlap is reduced, and overall cohesion of the work produced.

There are many intersections between the goals of the various workstreams and this role will take a helicopter view to mapping the activity at a program level.

Job Description:

  • Apply knowledge of project management principles to effectively coordinate the Culture Project
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding and monitoring of the various Culture Project workstreams’ objectives and both their progress and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive integrated work plan for the various Culture Project workstreams and maintain necessary project documents including ensuring project charters are consistent and up to date
  • Engagement and Talent Management.
  • Identify and escalate opportunities for better alignment and collaboration across workstreams within the Culture Project
  • Participate to the meetings.
  • Be active member of the Culture and Values workstream, including assisting the Manager, Communities of Expertise with meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking.
  • Assist Culture Project workstream leads with operational activity, where required.
  • With Internal Communications, assist in the preparation of briefing sheets/talking points and other tools to assist Culture Champions in their work.
  • Curate updates to the onboarding program relating to organisational culture and the culture project.
  • Assist Lead, Engagement and Talent Management to identify organisational skills development and behavioural capability building learning activities relating to Culture Project (e.g.: leading hybrid teams).

  • Source data and create project reports for Lead, Engagement and Talent Management


Qualifications :

  • Qualifications in project management or equivalent professional project management experience
  • Project coordination and project management ownership, especially experience mapping project workplans across multiple workstreams
  • Preparation of meeting agendas and related collateral for executive level stakeholders
  • Service orientation, drive for results, Collaboration
  • Fluency in English essential, including professional writing.
  • Working knowledge of French desirable..
