Description du travail :
Provide support to the team and collaboration :
- Welcome all members and visitors in the secretariat;
- Assist collaborators with various requests;
- Perform necessary updates using databases (registration of new members from different statuses, institute information, employment extensions, Team Leader and Deputy Team Leaders);
- Travel organization including reservation of transport/car hire with CWT and payment of conference fees;
- Help with visa documentation for members (convention, note verbale, invitation letters);
- Organise visits to Point 1 (Visitor Centre & underground) for internal members and general public including search for guides, preparation of IMPACTs and coordination with safety team and Visits Service;
- Assist with distribution of office space;
- Purchase and storage of all office supplies ;
- Support given in any events with the general preparation and set-up.
