Our services

The DCS digitisation Centre employs experienced staff, who are able to process your documents with care and expertise, while maintaining total confidentiality. Each operation is supervised by a project manager and is subject to quality control. We also travel to our clients’ sites with our own equipment in order to carry out mass recovery of your documents.

We scan documents such as: single sheets, books, plans, photographs, negatives, and microfilms, amongst others, whether they are destined for archives, distribution on the Internet, or for your own applications.

We can perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on images obtained by digitisation. This allows you to find your documents according to their content, by doing a search on the text.

These digitised documents are restored in various formats and using diverse media: Word, Excel, PDF, TIFF, Database, etc…on CD, DVD, Internet (secure access), Intranet, integration in your applications, etc…plus encryption option.

Undertaking our scanning work in direct proximity of your premises, we effectively limit transportation related risks for your documents. They do not leave the country.
